Create New Opportunity

Create a new opportunity and begin working it to drive it to a new sale. Select a Customer/Prospect to see related information on other opportunity tabs. Set up sales process data such as Stages, Status, Lead Source, Steps and more in P21 and assign those for the opportunity. For more information about sales process items in P21, see Opportunity Setup.
