New Sales Call
With a Sales Call, you can add call notes, assign the call to another user and if the sales call goes well, you are one click/touch away from creating a New Opportunity with much of the Sales Call information automatically populating the new opportunity.
Once you select a customer you will have access to customer notes, tasks, contacts and ship-to information.
Use the Hard Touch check box to indicate the "Last Touch" date for the customer or prospect.
You can also email a calendar/v-card item to yourself to add to an Outlook or other local client calendar application.
Click/touch to bookmark the sales call for quick follow up from the bookmarks menu.
