Web Connect has been designed from the ground up with Epicor's Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system in mind. Web Connect runs real-time in your environment and is mobile-optimized to run on any mobile device. Web Connect extends P21 functionality, making many P21 features work even easier and Web Connect also contains many features not in P21 but designed to integrate with P21.


Note: In this help content (excluding the Customer Portal help content) the logged-in user has Admin privileges with all permissions enabled so they see all data and can perform all functions. This may work differently depending on who you log into Web Connect as and what account permissions are set.
