User Roles


  • Administrator
    • Has full access to all data and options.
    • Can optionally be allowed to use System Admin features such as setting up user accounts.

  • Sales Manager
    • Has access to data for the Web Connect account's assigned P21 Sales Rep ID and can access all non-System Admin features.
    • Can access data for any Sales Rep that has been assigned to the Sales Manager.

  • Sales Rep
    • Has access to data for the Web Connect account's assigned P21 Sales Rep ID and can access all non-System Admin features.

  • Inside Sales Rep
    • Has access to data for the Web Connect account's assigned P21 Sales Rep ID and can access all non-System Admin features.

  • Customer

    • Customer Admin
      • Has full access to all data relating to the Customer and all Customer features including the ability to set up other user accounts for the Customer.
    • Customer Accounting
      • Has full access to all data relating to the Customer and all Customer features except the ability to set up other user accounts for the Customer.
    • Customer Material Handler
      • Can only use the Quick-Order features.
    • Customer Purchasing
      • Can see Order and Shipment information but not Invoices or Customer account balances.
